William Pierce
PROPERTY DIRECTOR
William Pierce discovered his passion for real estate at a young age, growing up in Wetumpka, AL. As his hometown embarked on the redevelopment of its historic downtown, William became captivated by the vision and process of adaptive reuse, sparking his interest in pursuing a career in real estate. This early fascination led him to become a dedicated licensed salesperson, determined to make an impact in the industry.
William earned his degree from Auburn University, majoring in Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He joined the Real Estate Southeast (RESE) team in 2017 as a property management intern, where he quickly demonstrated his commitment and talent. In August 2020, he fully transitioned to RESE as a property manager and leasing agent, taking on greater responsibilities and contributing to the company’s growth. As the Property Director for RESE, William brings a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the market to his role, ensuring that properties under his management are optimized for success.
William’s dedication extends beyond his professional life into his community involvement. He sits on the City of Wetumpka’s Downtown Redevelopment Authority and the Design Committee for Main Street Wetumpka. He also serves on the board of “Paint the Park for Jody Run,” which benefits the Jody Marie Sanford Memorial Scholarship. As a founding member of the Wetumpka FFA Alumni and the Wetumpka FFA Alumni Rodeo, he has played a key role in raising funds and providing scholarships to students. When he’s not focused on real estate or community work, William enjoys spending his weekends on the water, embracing the natural beauty of his hometown and surrounding areas.
