Louise Jennings-McCullar is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and the Chief Alligator Wrestler at RESE. With over three decades of experience, Louise leads her dynamic team with a proactive approach, innovative solutions, and a proven track record of delivering profitable results for her clients.
Louise began her career with The Newton Company in 1987, where she quickly honed her skills in asset management, brokerage, redevelopment, and receivership services. In 1990, she co-founded JP Properties in Atlanta, significantly expanding the firm’s reach and influence. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish RESE in 2000, where she continues to drive success and growth.
Licensed as a broker in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi, Louise also collaborates with co-brokers in other states, ensuring comprehensive service coverage for her clients. Her expertise and leadership have earned her positions on the Alabama Center for Real Estate Leadership Council (ACRE), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Beyond her professional achievements, Louise is deeply committed to her community. She actively serves on the boards of the Central Alabama Community Foundation, Prattville Millbrook Sunrise Rotary Club, YMCA, Prattville Creative and Performing Arts Council, and the Autauga County Heritage Association, where she is a Past President. Additionally, Louise has been a director and steadfast supporter of the Autauga County Family Support Center.
A dedicated member of the First United Methodist Church, Louise is also a passionate animal lover. In her personal life, she is married to David McCullar, her life partner and head pilot. Together, they embrace the adventure of living and working in Pensacola, FL, Prattville, AL, and wherever duty calls.
